Kamal Hassan and Asin have at last made it to Hollywood. Walt Disney is going to produce a film titled “19 steps” and the two Kollywood stars will play the lead. The total film is scripted and based on the Indian martial combat Kalaripayattu. Asin will play the character of the princess.

Kamal is playing the character role of the Kalaripayattu trainer. Japanese action superstar Tadanobu Asano will play the role of the trainees of Kalaripayattu.

Kamal Hassan has confirmed the news that he and Asin will play the lead in the English film and will soon fly to Hollywood for some basic training. The investment in the film will be around $50 million and the film will be dubbed into quandary versions apart from English. Japanese, Telugu, Hindi and Tamil will be the other versions.

The story for the film has been penned by Vasudeva and the music is being composed by AR Rehman. Bharath Bala will direct this movie.

Sushmita Sen, who is a very unlikely junk food fan, fell in love with the famous Delhi chaat during the shooting of Do Knot Disturb in New Delhi. And guess who introduced her to the savoury? It was none other than Govinda!

A unit source reveals, “The entire unit of Do Knot Disturb including Govinda, Sushmita, Lara Dutta and Ritesh Deshmukh were shooting Delhi. While most of the stars and unit members enjoyed binging on the snacks served on the sets, Sushmita would not eat and mostly ordered her special diet food from outside. It was during this tenure that Sushmita noticed Govinda sneaking away during snack time. He would disappear for quite some time and he would be back in time for shoots.”

Finally, Sushmita could not control her curiosity and asked Govinda about his disappearing act. Govinda revealed that he would visit one of his favourite chaat vendors in the capital and he was a die-hard fan of these tasty delicacies. He then told her that she should try eating it with him and she would definitely end up loving it. However, Sushmita was apprehensive and replied with a huge “No”.

Nevertheless, Govinda being the charmer that he is, had some chaat items packed for her and made her taste them. Sushmita tried them and from then on, she just could not stop relishing them. Sushmita persistently requested Govinda to get her chaat and he would willingly oblige. Soon, Ritesh also joined the chaat eating brigade.

Thereafter, whenever there was an evening snack break, the three would disappear together

Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone’s proclamation of their love for each other at every given opportunity is quite endearing, at least for the time being. It’s also very amusing to hear them claim that they haven’t kissed each other yet, despite being together for a while now.

Needless to add, they have completely erased the very public kiss they shared at the Bangkok airport in recent times which was aired on television channels for the world to see. Those little things aside, Ranbir and Deepika now deserve their very own nick name, akin to the Western Brangelina for Hollywood’s golden couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie and our very own Indian Abhi-Ash for Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan.  Ran-Deep seems like an apt coupling of their respective names and is a name in itself too! Randeep Hooda may not like this too much, but such is life.
