Cast: Uday Chopra, Priyanka Chopra., Anupam Kher, Dino Morea and others.

Music: Saleem Merchant & Suliaman Merchant.

    Director: Jugal Hansraj

    Producer: Uday Chopra.

    Banner: Yash Raj Films.

    Release date: January 8th,2010

‘Pyaar Impossible’ is a one time watch Yash Raj progeny and offers everything in making an attempt to establish Uday Chopra as an actor. The movie  has no innovative approach, but the screen play and the usual bollywood story is presented in a new way which adds sense to the old story and so is a bit entertaining.

    Story

Abhay (Uday) is an awkward looking shy and unconfident guy who looks more like a dumb idiot with spectacles representing a geek. He is pursuing his degree at the Ankert University in California.

In the same university, Alisha (Priyanka Chopra) studies who looks like a celestial beauty on earth. The whole university guys are after her and her glam doll looks and so does Abhay. Abhay has a dream to marry Alisha and soon discovers that he is in love with Alisha. He likes her smile and her character as well, but hesitates to propose to her.

Abhay thinks that no other person will exist like him and so he is like an alien who is not handsome enough to date a beautiful girl like Alisha. He wants to spend his whole life with Alisha and wants to find out ways in luring her.

In the meantime the quality time gets over and the two part their ways from the college. After some years, Abhay meets Alisha incidentally and then the ‘Pyaar Impossible’ re-ignites in Abhay’s mind.

What happens next is a big suspense and must be watched on the silver screen,

    Performances

‘Pyaar Impossible’ offers ample scope for Uday Chopra to expose his talents. His acting is impeccable, but his bulky body besides Priyanka looks indigestible.

Priyanka Chopra is excellent in the movie and her glam quotient is too hot to see and deal. Anupam Kher and Dino appear in cameo roles and play their parts well.

Other characters in this movie are also ok. The screen play handled by Uday Chopra is also excellent and the direction department handled by handsome hunk Jughal Hansraj adds life to the movie.

Music by Saleem Merchant & Suliaman Merchant is above average and the background score is good.

    TUM MILE review

Cast: Emraan Hashmi, Soha ali Khan, Sachin Khedkar, Mantra and others

    Music: Pritam Chakravarthy

    Director- Kunal Deshmukh

    Producer- Mahesh Bhatt

‘Tum Mile’ is the movie which was made in the combination of director Mahesh Bhatt and actor Emraan Hashmi. The same team gave the super hit movies such as Murder and so on and now has come up with a new movie titled as ‘Tum Mile’.

    Story

The movie ‘Tum Mile’ begins with a flight journey and takes place on a flight to Mumbai. Akshay (Emraan) incidentally meets Sanjana (Soha) and within no time of the brief introduction, memories of Akshay’s past flash in his mind. They happen to be a married couple who split in the year 2005. But love always exists in between them towards each other and on seeing each other at the airport the same idea of their sweet and bitter past flash in both.

The flight lands up in Mumbai and the couple is again on the verge of partying their ways from the clubbed up journey in the flight. But at the same time, the 2005 floods of Mumbai get into the frame and are highlighted. Suddenly, Akshay realizes about sanjana and her fear towards water.

At least with the heart robbing floods a young couple reunites, but does this unity survive in their hearts is the climax of the story which has to be seen on the big silver screen.

    Performances

Emraan looks awesome in acting in a lead role and gives is 100% to the movie and his subdued character in the movie ‘Tum Mile’.

Soha Ali khan can be categorized into a good actress and with the movies she is acting, she is said to gain a national award soon. Soha seems like a senior actress in Hindi films, but has done only a hand full of them.

Sachin Khedkar and Mantra have done their roles in an excellent manner.

Music is average and is apt to the storyline. The background score is excellent along with two catchy tunes.

Cinematography and editing are also good and look crisp in some scenes.

Coming to the direction department of Mahesh Bhatt, he has given life to an interesting storyline. But the presentation of him could have been in a more elaborate way. The first half goes on in an interesting way and the second half seems like a bit dragged out old wine in new bottle. But Mahesh has nothing to offer to the mass crowds and so the movie may loose the commercial element in entreating the mass crowds.

On the whole, the movie is a slow and emotional treat to the movie lovers and only the multiplex crowds will have a go at it.

    Neninthe Movie Review

Cast: Ravi Teja, Siya, Supreet, Ramaprabha, Sayaji Shinde, Venu Madhav, Brahmanandham, Raja Ravindra, Kovai Sarala, Mumaith Khan and others.

    Music: Chakri

    Director Puri Jagannath

    Producer: DVV Danayya.
Amidst a lot of expectations Neninthe is finally released and as said earlier is said to be a movie with a typical story based on the cinema industry. Sometimes the movie gives us a thought that it is the autobiography of Puri Jagannath who tried to put his negative experiences into Neninthe and tried to prove that he was correct in every way in the past. The movie is about actors, actresses, directors and mainly the kind of problems the technician and assistant directors face in the film industry.

    Story

Ravi (Ravi Teja) is a struggling, but honest and hardworking assistant director under a senior director. Ravi has an aim to direct the movies with his creativity and to become a well known and well settled director. Sandhya (Siya) is one of a group dancer who has a passion to become an actress. She lives along with her married elder sister and Krishna Bhaghvan happens to be her brother in law.

Ravi lives in a place called Krishna Nagar which is filled with aspiring actors, actresses, dancers, directors and what not. Siya lives in the opposite house of Ravi and slowly falls in love with the hero. Ravi also reciprocates it indirectly, but has a thought that he is still unsettled and has to achieve a lot still.

Fortunately, Ravi gets an opportunity to talk to a producer Sayaji Shinde and he narrates the story to the producer and a hero Subba Raju. They sense something new and novel and so give him a chance to direct a movie. Meanwhile, Vidu (Supreet) who is a local rowdy in Krishna Nagar eyes on the heroine Sandhya. He wants her at any cost and he tries in all ways to lure her towards him.

Ravi gets his chance to direct the film, but Sayaji Shinde is met with financial crisis and so the film directed by Ravi is stopped. In the meantime, Vidu is after Sandhya (Siya) and wants to full fill his desire by taking pleasure from Sandhya. He hears the news that Ravi’s film shooting is paused due to financial crisis and so decides to fund the movie. But he keeps a condition that Sandhya sleep with him on bed and must full fill his desire. After some drama, Sandhya agrees to give him pleasure on the condition that Vidu must and should finance for the film. But Vidu plans to finance the film and decides to engrave his name as a director instead of Ravi.

Ravi hatches a plan and after all the emotional and actionably drama the movie ends on a happy note as Ravi becomes a famous director.

    Performances

Ravi Teja plays the role of an assistant director with ease. He lives the character instead of acting and justifies his role. Ravi tries to mimic the director Puri Jagannath in some scenes and tries to convey a message.

Actress Siya does her acting and dancing part on an average note. But her face looks dry and pale in some scenes. But coming to the main parts, she looks extremely glamorous and is liberal for skin show. Her looks in churidhars make us feel that she is a girl next door. But in songs, she does some daring revealing acts.

Supreet who plays the role of Vidu gets a meaty role this time. He proves himself from the starting to the ending of the film. Sayaji Shinde plays the role of a producer very well. He looks apt with his dialogues mimicking some well known producers.

Brahmanandham as Idli and Venu Madhav churn some comedy elements. Director VV Vinayak is seen in a cameo and Mumaith Khan is seen in an item song.

Coming to the music which is composed by Chakri, it looks above average and has nothing to hum after watching the movie.

The director of Neninthe, Puri Jagannath hits out some spikers towards the media, directors, actors and websites and tries to convey a message.

Neninthe lacks the entertainment factor in it and may only last for few weeks. The movie was much hyped, but the result is just average. The magic of Puri’s cinematography is missing. May be he may have directed this movie on the basis of over confidence.

On the whole, Neninthe is just passable and if you people have time and some bucks go and shell them out as the movie is dragging and stupid in some terms.
