Shriya who is considered as a top heroine in Kollywood and Tollywood is presently shooting for Kantha swamy , will  also be dubbed into telugu and titled as Mallanna. 

While the shooting for the film was under progress, it is reported that she got annoyed and left the set. and the reason for this is said to be that director Sushi Ganeshan was filming some kissing scenes between the male lead Vikram and Shriya, and it is said that the director was not satisfied by the outcome, so he insisted for a retake and asked shriya to indulge more into the scene so that the kissing scene can be well captured.  

But the heroine was so angry with the director who asked her for a retake of a kissing scene and soon left the set. It is said that Shriya is not comfortable while participating in the intimate scenes and always wants to stay away from them. But since the scene was a demand by the script she had to say yes for it. But she thought that only the first scene will be perfect which was not according to the director and this annoyed the sexy young girl.
