Nagarjuna opts for Telugu remake of Swadesh

kingYuvasamrat Nagarjuna who had an average success with his latest release KING is said to be taking cautious steps these days. Presently, the man is idle at home with no films in hand. But is busy with his Businesses and the debut film of his elder son Naga Chaitanya.

According to close sources, Nag wants a break from the regular commercial movies. He wants to act in a movie which is message oriented and gives a meaning to his celebrity status. Earlier, Chiranjeevi acted in TAGORE and was applauded for spreading a perfect message.  

So, following his foot steps, Nagarjuna wants to act in a commercial cum message oriented movie and a script has been finalized. According to latest reports Nag is going to remake bollywood hit film Swadesh and will act in the role of Shah Rukh Khan. Earlier, it was reported that he is going to do “Chak De India” but now, Swadesh movie is in eyesight of Nag. Some sources even report that seductive beauty Anushka will play the character of a school teacher in this movie which will be a vital + deglamourized role. 

If believed, Nagarjuna will be planning for two movies “Chak De India and Swadesh” simultaneously. The directors and the other cast and crew are yet to be finalized. But sources close to him say that he may opt for Shekhar Kammula to direct the Telugu remake of both the films.
